Holiday Woman Arrested After Dog Found Starving
Tiffany Pollock didn't feed her dog to the point it couldn't stand, deputies say.

A Holiday woman was arrested over the weekend and accused of neglecting a dog to the point it could barely stand.
According to an arrest report from the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, Tiffany Pollock, 31, didn’t feed her dog. The deputy noticed the bones on the dog’s legs were deprived of muscle and fat.
The arrest report does not identify the dog’s breed or age.
Pollock told deputies initially that she had given the dog to a friend and recovered her in this condition. Her ex-boyfriend told deputies the dog was not fed because “they can’t afford it.” Pollock later admitted she has constantly retained possession of the dog.
Pollock was arrested July 7 and charged with cruelty to an animal. She was booked into the Land O’ Lakes jail and remained there Monday in lieu of $150 bail.
