Kandy was adopted or fostered out and ended up surrendered back to MDAS. In Spanish on one of the posts on urgent dogs, she claimed that they didn't tell her. Then in another she claimed she sent someone to get him (same thing she said about Hemi) because she was in the hospital. She was notified but never picked her up and gingersnap got put down.
