SURRENDERED TO OCAS WITH INJURIES SO SEVERE HE HAS TO BE EUTHANIZED!!!

Dana Clary from Dogs Rock/Rockstart Dog Rescue "SAVED" this dog only to surrender him to be killed a few months later.
